Refunds Policy

  1. Once the Order is placed, if you want to Cancel it then you need to inform us through Email within 2 Hours of the Ordered Time. Orders cannot be Cancelled if we receive any Email after 2 Hours.
  2. If the stocks are not available for the placed Product, then we will intimate you through Email or WhatsApp about the delivery time for the Product.
  3. As we are using 3rd Party Courier Service Providers, we cannot take responsibility for the delay in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances. We can take responsibility to dispatch the items as promised by us.
  4. If you receive the Parcel in Opened Condition, KINDLY DONT ACCEPT THE PARCEL FROM THE COURIER PERSON. Kindly intimate us immediately through Email or WhatsApp. If you intimate us after receiving the Parcel in Opened Condition, then we cannot take this issue with the Courier Company and we cannot do anything on this matter.
  5. You should send us the Video & Photo Proof if you receive the Products in a damaged condition or any items are missing. We will provide replacement & no refund would be provided.
  6. Refunds would be initiated within 48 to 96 hours once it is eligible for the refund & you will receive the amount in the mode you had paid through our Payment Gateway Partners. (Normally it would take 7 to 15 working days to reflect in your account).
